Day 17 – Wednesday, May 8th


Wasn’t feeling too well after class today, went home and slept for a while and I still don’t feel any better. I did get 8 hours sleep though so that shouldn’t be the problem.

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of rye toast, freshly squeezed glass of OJ
Lunch: Greek salad with feta, cucumber, tomato, onion, and olive oil. Half a can of white tuna in olive oil mixed with mayo on top of the salad.
Dinner: Gluten-free penne & a chicken breast with a creamy sauce mom picked up in Germany.

Day 16 – Tuesday, May 7th


Nothing to report for today…rather boring actually.
Only got 7 hours sleep last night, so I could improve on that.
I did go for a 4k run outside though, which helped relieve a little stress of the last week of school. J


Breakfast: 2-egg western omelet (ham, cheese, onions, red & green pepper)
Lunch: Greek salad with feta, cucumber, tomato, onion and olive oil, and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup from Supperworks
Dinner: Ginger-Lime chicken kebabs from Supperworks and green beans

Snacks: PB & Berry Smoothie, 2 cups of green tea

8 cups of water!

Day 15 – Monday, May 6th


Breakfast: PB & Berry Smoothie
Lunch: Chicken tortilla soup from Supperworks
Dinner: All you can eat Chinese food!

Before you go off and judge for all you can eat sushi, let me tell you I stayed away from fried things and ate mostly raw fish and salads! But I might have had green tea ice cream for dessert…and mango ice cream…whatever.

And I got a decent 8 cups of water consumed. 

Day 14 – Sunday, May 5th


Hmm… thinking I should book an apt with the doctor because I had a weird feeling like somebody was squeezing my stomach or that area which I have never felt before. Could possibly be a gallbladder problem seeing as it runs in the family.

On a less serious note I was still able to eat without any problems.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and a bowl of yoghurt with granola
Lunch: homemade cream of cauliflower soup
Dinner: Pork chops, brown rice and about 3 cups of gai lan.
Snacks: a VERY large honey crisp apple and marble cheese

Day 13 – Saturday, May 4th



Yeah it’s pretty exciting, I know.

Got a good sleep last night, about 8 hours.

ALSO THE LEAFS WON YAY!

Breakfast: 2-egg western omelet (ham, cheese, onion, red & green peppers)
Lunch: Quarter Pounder w/Cheese (I had to work okay)
Dinner: PB & Berry Smoothie 

7 cups of water today.

Day 12 – Friday, May 3rd


Slept for 22 hours! Just kidding Chesser. Got 8 hours J

I’ve definitely noticed that I am much more positive and hardworking when I get enough sleep.

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of rye toast, a cup of jasmine green tea.
Lunch: Cream of cauliflower soup, 1 bell pepper, 1 slice of Havarti cheese, and 4 slices of mortadella (it was a good lunch)

Dinner: PB & Berry Smoothie --> I came up with this awesome idea to put a tbsp of peanut butter in my protein shake!
Other ingredients include
- Arbonne protein powder
- frozen blueberries
- whole milk
- strawberries
- flax seeds



8 cups of water
