Wasn’t feeling too well after class today, went home and
slept for a while and I still don’t feel any better. I did get 8 hours sleep
though so that shouldn’t be the problem.
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of rye toast, freshly squeezed glass of OJ
Lunch: Greek salad with feta, cucumber, tomato, onion, and
olive oil. Half a can of white tuna in olive oil mixed with mayo on top of the
salad.
Dinner: Gluten-free penne & a chicken breast with a
creamy sauce mom picked up in Germany.
