Day 12 – Friday, May 3rd


Slept for 22 hours! Just kidding Chesser. Got 8 hours J

I’ve definitely noticed that I am much more positive and hardworking when I get enough sleep.

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of rye toast, a cup of jasmine green tea.
Lunch: Cream of cauliflower soup, 1 bell pepper, 1 slice of Havarti cheese, and 4 slices of mortadella (it was a good lunch)

Dinner: PB & Berry Smoothie --> I came up with this awesome idea to put a tbsp of peanut butter in my protein shake!
Other ingredients include
- Arbonne protein powder
- frozen blueberries
- whole milk
- strawberries
- flax seeds



8 cups of water
