Wow. Don’t even know how I have the energy to type right
now; I only got 1.5 hours sleep last night. And I stayed home sick with some
nasty sinus infection. I need to stop procrastinating because I am getting way
too anxious about everything. Also if I don’t get enough sleep tonight I will
for sure not get better…my immune system hates me right now.
It’s safe to say that I did not do anything physical today.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs
Lunch: PB & Berry Smoothie J
Dinner: Gluten-free pasta & a whole chicken breast
(leftovers from last night)
Snacks: Green tea and whole unsalted almonds.
