8 hours of sleep were had in the last evening.
Breakfast: 2-egg western omelet (ham, cheese, onion, red
& green peppers)
Lunch: PB & Berry Smoothie
Dinner: Shrimp with sherry-paprika sauce from Supperworks,
and brown rice
Today was the warmest so far so I thought it would be time
to go for a run! Just kidding, I ended walking to Starbucks and getting my
first Passion Tea Lemonade of the year J
Oops! Only drank 2 cups of water today.
